Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content from this website or platform without the express written permission of SatFocus Ltd is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

The ® symbol indicates a registered trade mark. Unauthorised use of the AiRingDesk® name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark is an infringement of our registered trade mark rights and may result in legal action under the Trade Marks Act 1994.

These marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not provided by SatFocus Ltd, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or that disparages or discredits SatFocus Ltd.

The AiRingDesk platform, including all source code, algorithms, databases, user interfaces, APIs, and related documentation, is proprietary software owned exclusively by SatFocus Ltd. The platform is protected by:

• UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
• EU Software Directive (as retained in UK law)
• International copyright treaties including the Berne Convention
• Trade secret and confidential information protections

No licence to use, copy, modify, or distribute the software is granted except as expressly set out in our Terms of Service.

By subscribing to AiRingDesk, customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

• Access and use the AiRingDesk platform via our website and API for their own internal business purposes
• Display their AI receptionist name and customised greetings to their callers
• Download and store their own call recordings and transcripts

This licence does not permit customers to sublicense, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the platform.

Customers retain full ownership of their own content, including business information, AI prompts, call recordings, and transcripts. By using AiRingDesk, customers grant SatFocus Ltd a limited licence to process this content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

AiRingDesk integrates with third-party services whose intellectual property remains owned by their respective owners:

• Claude AI — owned by Anthropic, Inc.
• Twilio — owned by Twilio Inc.
• Google Cloud Text-to-Speech — owned by Google LLC
• Stripe — owned by Stripe, Inc.

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and intellectual property policies.
